Scope Overview
Over the course of this project, two (2) customer services representatives (CSR) will be hired for Bellingham Aviation Services. In addition, the current training materials will be updated and compiled into training packets and binders. This will include the new materials being drafted, reviewed and approved. Once the training materials are complete the new training will be implemented among all of the customer service representatives.
The addition of team members, as well as improved training materials, will prepare Bellingham Aviation Services for the busy season (June through September). Patrons will be more pleased with the service as there will be more staff to assist them. The new training materials should increase the consistency and convenience that patrons will experience.
Note that the hiring process was started prior to the kickoff of an official project, and the schedule below will reflect that by excluding general hiring practices prior to the start date. Also, note that some of these Milestones were completed prior to the creation of the project plan and are therefore backdated.
